About Us:
Myvatn Adventure Lodge is a destination where the beauty of nature surrounds us. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Wildlife Care Specialists. If you are passionate about conservation and the natural world, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a difference.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care for the diverse wildlife species that call our lodge home.
- Monitor and maintain the habitats of our animal residents to ensure their well-being.
- Assist in the development and implementation of wildlife conservation programs.
- Educate guests about the importance of wildlife preservation and sustainable practices.
- Collaborate with our team to create a nurturing environment for our animal companions.
Qualifications:
- A deep appreciation for wildlife and a commitment to their welfare.
- Previous experience working with animals in a conservation or environmental setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests of all ages.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
