Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
Source top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with the job requirements.
Conduct interviews, both in person and remotely, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of job requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Utilize data and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall talent acquisition performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Tetra Pak remains competitive in attracting top talent.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the media, advertising, or entertainment industry.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions with high-quality candidates.
Strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
An analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
