Position: Production Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Production Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our manufacturing operations and ensuring the efficient production and delivery of high-quality vehicles to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
Coordinate with various departments to optimize production efficiency
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans
Train and mentor team members to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement strategies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
