Position: Security Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain effective security measures to protect our county assets, residents, and visitors
Monitor and analyze potential threats and vulnerabilities within our metropolitan area
Develop and execute security plans and procedures in coordination with relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders when necessary
Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify and address security gaps
Provide training and guidance to staff members on security matters

Qualifications:

Proven experience in security operations, risk management, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in relevant computer applications and technology
