Position: Blood Collection Specialist
Location: North Carolina
Role Overview:
- Perform blood collections using a variety of techniques
- Ensure donor safety and comfort throughout the process
- Comply with all regulatory standards and company policies
- Work collaboratively with a team to achieve donation goals
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented and able to follow strict protocols
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service-related field is a plus
