Position: Client Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact
Identify clients' needs and provide customized solutions to meet their specific requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present proposals, ensuring alignment with clients' goals
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to anticipate client needs
Track and report on key performance indicators, ensuring client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented attitude
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%)
