Universität Potsdam in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Creative Innovation Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative design solutions that push the boundaries of traditional thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design unique visual assets that resonate with our target audience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements into our projects
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project requirements
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new and creative ideas
Present design concepts and prototypes to key stakeholders for feedback and approval

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or relevant field
Proven experience in creative design with a strong portfolio showcasing your artistic vision and technical skills
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
