Oversee organic crop planning, planting, and harvesting operations

Manage a diverse team of agricultural experts and field workers
Develop and maintain relationships with local farmers and suppliers
Monitor and optimize crop health and soil fertility

Requirements:

Proven experience in organic farming or related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
