We are delighted to invite motivated individuals to join Ajaccio Community Gardening Co-op, based in beautiful Corsica, France. We are seeking an Adventure Experience Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in creating exhilarating outdoor activities for our community members.

Responsibilities:

Design and organize thrilling outdoor activities tailored to different age groups and fitness levels
Coordinate with local sports and adventure providers to offer unique experiences
Ensure exceptional safety standards and risk management procedures are in place
Create and manage a schedule of events and programs
Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
Monitor participant feedback and continuously improve the adventure experience

Requirements:

Passion for outdoor activities, such as hiking, climbing, water sports, and more
Experience in coordinating event-planning or outdoor programs
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
