As a Cultural Experience Curator at Citizens Financial Group, you will have the unique opportunity to bring a diverse range of artistic expressions and perspectives into our workplace. You will be responsible for curating multicultural experiences that inspire creativity, inclusivity, and collaboration among our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cultural programs and initiatives that celebrate diversity and promote a sense of belonging.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate art and cultural elements into our workspaces and events.
Organize exhibitions, workshops, and performances to showcase various artistic talents and traditions.
Foster partnerships with local artists and community organizations to support the arts and cultural exchange.
Contribute to the design and production of creative materials that reflect our commitment to multiculturalism.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Cultural Studies, or related field.
Proven experience in art curation, event planning, or cultural programming.
Strong understanding of different artistic mediums, styles, and cultural diversity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for promoting inclusivity and diversity in a corporate environment.
