We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team at Sicilian Artisanal Shoe Workshop in Sicily, Italy. We are seeking a visionary Sustainable Footwear Innovation Specialist to pioneer sustainable practices within our renowned workshop.
Job Description:
- Lead the development and implementation of sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices in footwear production.
- Research and introduce innovative materials and technologies to reduce the ecological footprint of our operations.
- Collaborate with artisans to create eco-conscious and stylish footwear designs.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of our products to ensure sustainability from conception to completion.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in sustainability within the fashion industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Materials Science, Fashion Design, or Environmental Studies.
- Proven experience in sustainable product development, preferably within the footwear or fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of eco-friendly materials, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
