Position: Healing Arts Specialist
Ajaccio Community Art Therapy Center is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Healing Arts Specialist to join our team in beautiful Corsica, France. This role encompasses providing creative and therapeutic support to individuals seeking emotional healing and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and facilitate art therapy sessions tailored to individual needs
- Guide clients through various art mediums as a form of self-expression and healing
- Assess clients' progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
- Contribute to the development of innovative therapeutic programs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in using art as a therapeutic tool
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic approach towards clients' emotional well-being
- Certification in art therapy or related field
- Fluency in both English and French
