Job Description:

Conduct research on rural development trends and issues
Collaborate with local communities and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities
Develop sustainable strategies to enhance agricultural practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related field
Experience in working with rural communities and understanding their needs
