Position Available: Multicultural Engagement Specialist

Job Description:

Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and multicultural understanding within the organization
Collaborate with various departments to provide support and guidance on multicultural initiatives
Organize multicultural events, workshops, and training sessions
Act as a liaison with culturally diverse communities to enhance relationships and partnerships
Create resources and materials to support multicultural awareness and education
Assess and address any cultural competency gaps within the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Cultural Studies, or related field
Proven experience in multicultural engagement and diversity initiatives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment
Passionate about promoting multiculturalism and inclusivity
