Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance employee well-being and morale through wellness programs
- Collaborate with local gyms and trainers to offer diverse fitness options
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Passion for promoting physical well-being and healthy living
- Experienced in leading fitness classes or wellness programs
- Certification in personal training or related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others towards fitness goals
