We are looking for a visionary professional who can bring fresh perspectives and insights to enhance our company's cultural inclusivity and diversity initiatives.

As a Cultural Diversity Consultant at Louisville Ballet, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an environment that celebrates differences and values the unique contributions of every individual. Your expertise will help us create a more inclusive and welcoming space for our diverse community of employees, artists, and audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to promote cultural awareness and sensitivity within the organization.
Collaborate with various departments to integrate diversity and inclusion practices into all aspects of our operations.
Organize cultural events, workshops, and training sessions to educate and engage employees on the importance of diversity and inclusion.
Advise senior management on best practices for creating a multicultural work environment.
Assess and address any barriers to diversity and inclusivity within the organization.

Qualifications:

A passion for promoting cultural diversity and inclusion.
Previous experience in diversity consulting, cultural competency training, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of best practices in multiculturalism and inclusivity.
