Position: Supply Chain Coordinator

Role Overview:

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for optimizing processes? Sysco is seeking a motivated and analytical professional to join our dynamic Supply Chain team in Texas.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Analyze transportation data, identify areas for improvement and cost reduction, and develop action plans.
Liaise with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and resolve supply chain issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics planning, or related roles.
Proficiency in data analysis, supply chain software, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to build vendor relationships and resolve conflicts.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting tight deadlines.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to transportation, inventory management, and procurement.
