Adventure Guide Role
Are you ready to lead outdoor expeditions, provide exceptional experiences for our guests, and showcase the beauty of our forests in a unique way? As an Adventure Guide at Kymenlaakso Forest Products, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the wonders of the great outdoors while sharing your expertise and passion with adventurers from around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Lead hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities for groups of various sizes
- Provide informative and engaging tours highlighting the flora and fauna of the region
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during excursions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for guests
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements:
- Passion for outdoor activities and a deep appreciation for nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work well in a team environment
- First aid certification and proficiency in wilderness safety practices
- Fluency in English and Finnish; additional languages are a plus
