Coordinate and optimize the daily transportation activities to ensure efficiency and on-time service delivery.
Work collaboratively with various departments to streamline operational processes and enhance service quality.
Employ cultural sensitivity and diversity awareness to promote an inclusive work environment.
Analyze data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
Handle logistical challenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance our transportation services.
Implement strategies to support multicultural communication and understanding.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in operations management or a related area.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Fluency in English and German is preferred.
