Job Summary:

As a Social Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance Telkom's online presence and engagement on various digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing social media campaigns, developing creative content, and monitoring online conversations to maintain a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms
Monitor social channels for trending topics and industry news
Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports
Keep up-to-date with emerging social media trends and tools
Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with overall marketing initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong understanding of different social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze social media data and extract actionable insights
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
