Join Our Dynamic Team as a Retail Operations Manager
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team at BHP Group in Victoria, Australia. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our franchise and chain stores.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to optimize store performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage and train store managers and staff
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop promotional campaigns
- Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and negotiate contracts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a franchise or chain environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to travel and work in different locations as required
