We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team at BHP Group in Victoria, Australia. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our franchise and chain stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to optimize store performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage and train store managers and staff
  • Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop promotional campaigns
  • Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and negotiate contracts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a franchise or chain environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to travel and work in different locations as required
