We are currently seeking a Renewable Energy Production Specialist to support our manufacturing operations.

Your Role:
- Lead and oversee the entire production process for our renewable energy solutions

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high product standards
- Manage and train technicians and other production staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the energy sector
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in both French and English
