Position: Agricultural Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance agricultural practices and rural development
Evaluate and analyze agricultural systems and propose optimization plans
Collaborate with local farmers and rural communities to understand their challenges and develop sustainable solutions
Provide expert advice on agricultural techniques, crop yield enhancement, and resource management
Lead workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations on modern agricultural practices
Contribute to research projects aimed at improving agricultural productivity and sustainability

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
Proven work experience in agricultural development or rural planning
Expert knowledge of best agricultural practices, crop management, and land-use optimization
Strong analytical skills and ability to generate practical solutions for improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
