About the Position:

Position: Cultural Experience Specialist

Industry: Enrichment and Discovery

As a Cultural Experience Specialist, your role is to design and curate unique and immersive cultural experiences for our guests. You will work closely with our partner organizations, local communities, and tourism experts to create captivating itineraries that highlight the vibrant cultural tapestry of Södermanlands län.

Responsibilities:

Developing culturally rich and authentic vacation programs
Researching and collaborating with local artists, musicians, and performers
Identifying and coordinating with historical and cultural sites
Creating cultural workshops and interactive sessions
Promoting inclusive and sustainable tourism practices
Enhancing our guests' understanding and appreciation for different cultures

Qualifications:

Passionate about cultural diversity and cross-cultural experiences
Strong knowledge of Södermanlands län's cultural heritage and attractions
Experience in event planning, public relations, or related fields
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the table
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
