Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver personalized training programs for athletes and fitness enthusiasts to enhance their performance.
Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and evaluations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Provide expert guidance on nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in sports and fitness training methodologies.
Collaborate with other professionals such as physiotherapists and sports psychologists to ensure holistic support for clients.
Effectively communicate with clients to understand their goals, track progress, and provide ongoing motivation and support.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or related field.
Certification as a personal trainer or strength and conditioning specialist.
Proven experience in designing and implementing performance training programs.
Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sports nutrition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for sports and fitness with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Fluent in both German and English.
