Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and efficient assistance
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and diplomatic manner
Offer tailor-made financial solutions to address customer needs and promote our products and services
Perform account maintenance tasks, including updating customer information and processing transactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide accurate and relevant information to customers

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effectively handle challenging customer situations with empathy and patience
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and French/Dutch
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask effectively
Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
