Job Overview:

Develop and implement agricultural production strategies to ensure the availability of fresh produce for our restaurants.
Work closely with local farmers and agricultural suppliers to establish sustainable partnerships.
Monitor crop production, assess quality standards, and recommend improvements.
Manage irrigation systems, pest control, and crop rotation to optimize yields.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in sustainable farming.
Conduct research and experiments to enhance crop productivity and minimize environmental impact.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Crop Science, or related field.
