Van Gogh Museum, located in the heart of Utrecht, Netherlands, is seeking a talented individual to join our creative team. We are currently recruiting for the position of Artistic Engagement Curator. As an Artistic Engagement Curator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our communication strategies, ensuring effective media outreach and promoting a friendly and collaborative atmosphere within our organization.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to enhance the museum's visibility and engagement with various audiences
Curate and manage content for our online platforms, ensuring it is both informative and engaging
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate captivating stories and creative concepts for media campaigns
Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, key influencers, and stakeholders
Monitor communication trends and assess their impact on the museum's initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

A degree in Art History, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful communication strategies in the art, cultural, or related sectors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch
Strong organizational and project management abilities with keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
