Growth Specialist Position
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Growth Specialist. As a Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our franchise operations across Kansas. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about the dairy industry and has a passion for business development.
Responsibilities
- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance franchise performance and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing franchisees.
- Identify and negotiate franchise expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators for franchise operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A self-starter with a high level of motivation and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
