Your Role

As our Innovation Curator, you will be at the forefront of our organization's creative initiatives, envisioning and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our sales and retail services. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying emerging trends in the art industry and retail sales.
Developing and maintaining relationships with artists and art suppliers.
Curating an exciting collection of art-related products.
Designing and executing engaging promotional campaigns.
Collaborating with our marketing team to drive sales growth.
Providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations to art enthusiasts.
Keeping up-to-date with market demands and adjusting product offerings accordingly.

Requirements

To excel in this role, we require:

A passion for the arts and a deep understanding of artistic trends.
Demonstrated experience in the retail or sales industry.
An innovative mindset, constantly exploring new ideas to improve our services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with artists and customers.
An eye for visual aesthetics and a meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in using relevant retail software and tools.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
A bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Business, or a related field is preferred.
