Position Overview

As a Multi-Location Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of multiple locations within the City of Hallandale Beach. You will play a key role in ensuring the success and growth of our franchise/chain businesses while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Implement effective operational strategies and processes across multiple franchise/chain locations.
Monitor business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to optimize performance.
Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of operations and identify areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the Franchise/Chain industry or related field.
Proven track record of success in operations management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
