Job Title: Wellness Integration Specialist
Job Description:
- Design and implement innovative wellness programs that integrate physical activities, local traditions, and healthy living principles
- Collaborate with local experts to develop culturally rich fitness experiences for participants
- Lead fitness and wellness sessions that promote physical health, mental clarity, and cultural appreciation
- Create personalized wellness plans tailored to individual needs and goals
- Organize community events that highlight the intersection of culture and well-being
- Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and continuously improve program offerings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Sports Science, Cultural Studies, Health Promotion)
- Certification in fitness instruction, yoga, or a related discipline
- Experience in designing and leading wellness programs with a cultural focus
- Passion for promoting physical health, cultural exchange, and personal development
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of local dialects is a plus
