Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement effective production strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Optimize production workflows and processes to achieve high-quality output.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production techniques, equipment, and materials.
