Your Role:

As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring GSNED's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Your role will involve:

Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance;
Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures;
Providing guidance to internal teams on regulatory matters;
Monitoring changes in regulations and advising stakeholders on their impact;
Collaborating with external legal advisors to address complex compliance issues;
Preparing and filing reports with regulatory bodies;
Developing and delivering compliance training sessions to employees;
Contributing to the continuous improvement of GSNED's compliance program.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably within the legal industry;
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to communicate complex legal information effectively;
Detail-oriented and highly organized;
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement;
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
