We are Hiring: Performance Enhancement Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance enhancement programs tailored to individual needs
- Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for improvement
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize performance strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance overall wellness and performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Human Performance, or related field
- Proven experience in performance enhancement, preferably in a sports or similar setting
- Strong understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and performance analysis
- Certifications such as CSCS, CES, or related credentials are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
