Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize outdoor events and activities
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment and logistics
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations
- Ensure the safety and enjoyment of participants
- Manage budget and resources effectively
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in event planning or project management
- Knowledge of outdoor sports and activities
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Fluency in English and German
