Position: Animal Welfare Specialist

Job Description:

Ensure ethical treatment and welfare of animals in a compliant manner within ANZ Bank's operations.
Implement and maintain animal welfare policies and procedures to meet industry standards and legal requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess animal welfare practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs on responsible animal handling and welfare.
Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends related to animal welfare and proactively recommend improvements to ANZ Bank's policies.
Support initiatives that promote responsible pet ownership and animal welfare in the community.

Requirements:

Experience in animal welfare, veterinary care, or related field.
Strong knowledge of animal welfare policies, legislation, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
