In this role, you will be responsible for inspiring the next generation of musicians and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

As a Musical Mentor and Talent Developer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with talented individuals, providing them with the guidance and support they need to excel in their musical journey. Your role will involve designing and implementing educational programs, organizing workshops and training sessions, and fostering a collaborative and enriching environment for musical growth.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in music education and performance, with a deep understanding of different musical genres and styles. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for empowering others through music. Prior experience in mentoring or teaching music to individuals of all ages and skill levels would be advantageous.
