Position: Guest Services Associate

Job Summary:

Provide superior customer service to visitors inquiring about local attractions and activities
Assist guests in planning their vacations by offering recommendations and information
Manage reservations, bookings, and ticket sales for various tourist experiences
Maintain knowledge of local points of interest, events, and recreational opportunities
Collaborate with the tourism team to promote and market our services
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in computer systems and ticketing software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
