Role Overview:

Develop and oversee creative workshops that encourage artistic experimentation and personal growth.
Create and manage a network of artists and designers to collaborate with program participants.
Curate exhibitions and events to showcase the work of program participants.
Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in project management and event coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
