Position Available: Guest Relations Specialist
The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and personalized experience during their stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests to anticipate their needs and preferences
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally
