Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring efficient transportation of goods, and coordinating logistics operations within our organization.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate transportation activities, including goods delivery, shipment schedules, and route planning.
Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Optimize inventory levels and minimize costs by monitoring suppliers' performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers.
Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all logistics activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
