As a Lifestyle Enhancement Specialist at FLIRRH, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals, providing personalized health and fitness solutions tailored to their specific needs and goals. You will engage with clients to design comprehensive lifestyle plans that encompass physical fitness, nutrition, mental well-being, and overall health enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' current lifestyle, fitness level, and objectives
Develop personalized lifestyle plans that integrate fitness routines, dietary recommendations, and stress management techniques
Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions to guide and motivate clients in achieving their lifestyle goals
Regularly evaluate progress, adjust plans as needed, and provide ongoing support and encouragement

Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing and implementing holistic lifestyle enhancement programs
Certification in personal training, nutrition, wellness coaching, or a related field
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse client base
