Seinäjoen Auto-Osa Oy is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Retail Expansion Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding and enhancing our network of automotive parts stores throughout Finland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the number of retail locations.
- Identify and evaluate potential new store locations.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with franchisees and partners.
- Provide guidance and support to franchisees to ensure operational excellence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to network expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in retail management, business development, or franchising.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability.
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
