Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cultural engagement initiatives to promote diversity and inclusivity within our organization
- Collaborate with different cultural groups to understand their needs and interests
- Create and manage events that celebrate various cultural traditions
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure messaging is inclusive and culturally sensitive
- Monitor and analyze cultural trends to inform future engagement strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of different cultures and their societal impacts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in event planning and community outreach
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
