Role Overview:

Engage with guests in a welcoming and informative manner, enhancing their overall visit.
Conduct guided tours and tastings, sharing insight into our winemaking process and history.
Manage reservations and ensure smooth operations at our hospitality center.
Create a warm and inviting environment for guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to uphold Carmel Winery's reputation for excellence in guest experiences.

Qualifications:

Passion for wine, hospitality, and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
