As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of wine tourism, where you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable moments for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and interacting with guests, providing them with insightful information about our vineyard and winemaking processes.
- Conducting guided tours and tastings, ensuring each guest has an enjoyable and educational experience.
- Assisting in the organization of special events and activities to enhance guest engagement.
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and hospitality at all times.
- Collaborating with the team to continuously improve our guest experience offerings.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- A passion for wine, tourism, and delivering outstanding service.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages would be a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
