Bodegas Marqués de Cáceres, situated in the heart of La Rioja, Spain, is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of wine tourism, where you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable moments for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and interacting with guests, providing them with insightful information about our vineyard and winemaking processes.
Conducting guided tours and tastings, ensuring each guest has an enjoyable and educational experience.
Assisting in the organization of special events and activities to enhance guest engagement.
Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and hospitality at all times.
Collaborating with the team to continuously improve our guest experience offerings.

Requirements:

Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
A passion for wine, tourism, and delivering outstanding service.
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages would be a plus.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
