Regional Operations Manager - South Island Expansion
Sealord Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Operations Manager for our exciting South Island expansion project. This position will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our growing regional presence, ensuring seamless franchising operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and manage franchise operations on the South Island
- Collaborate with franchisees to maintain consistent branding and operational standards
- Oversee budgeting and financial performance of franchises in the region
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the franchise network
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in franchise or chain operations management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving operational excellence
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus
