Welcome to Arctic Adventure Tours, where we are always seeking exceptional talent to join our team in the Western Region of Iceland.
Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Western Region, Iceland
Responsibilities:
- Developing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talents
- Conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Utilizing online channels and databases for talent acquisition
- Building strong relationships with potential candidates
- Assessing candidate applications and resumes
- Participating in recruitment events and job fairs
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Fluency in English (additional languages considered a plus)
