Are you passionate about connecting people? Are you knowledgeable about different cultures and interested in the world of travel? Euroclear Bank is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cultural Connector to join our team.
Your Role:
- Facilitate international exchange programs among Euroclear Bank employees to foster cultural awareness
- Organize cultural events and activities to promote diversity and inclusion within the company
- Provide guidance and support to employees relocating to Brussels, assisting them in adjusting to their new environment
- Collaborate with external organizations and partners to showcase the multicultural richness of Brussels
Requirements:
- Passion for cultural diversity and travel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
